A great experience up close to these gorgeous animals. The rain did not interfere at all. The cool helped the animals to be active, interacting with their enrichment toys. So happy you have rescued these animals and educate us about them.

I will suggest this tour to anyone who loves nature. The sanctuary is an absolute gem on your trip through the ozarks. Our tour guide, rachelle, was very informative and passionate about the conservation of these majestic creatures. I think our favorite cat was midnight the black leopard. She was feisty and a beautiful creature. The upgrade to feed the cats a snack is a must also. Who will ever get to do that anywhere else in the world in their lives!

The park rangers were so nice and so informative. You can tell they really care and love all of the animals in their care.
A lemur is sitting behind a metal cage, clutching onto a wooden beam and seemingly looking out with a pensive expression. A white tiger is resting behind a metal grid enclosure, partially obscured by the bars from the viewer's perspective. A tiger is resting on a platform inside a cage with a background of greenery. A tiger is standing inside an enclosure, looking out through the metal grid fence that surrounds it. A person is feeding a piece of meat to a lioness through a cage while two alpacas look on from behind.

This is a must! Our guide was well educated and answered all of our questions. The care for the animals was apparent. It was fun to see the tigers and lions interact. It was nice to do something educational on the trip!

"Absolutely amazing!"
Absolutely amazing! I learned about the tigers and enjoyed watching them play and explore. Our tour lasted an hour but we sat and watched them for two more hours after the tour. I didn't want to leave.

We had a wonderful time in branson. The scenery is just so beautiful, everyone was so friendly. The shows and the attractions we went to were so marvelous. The restaurants were just amazing. We were very impressed and would consider going back as we could not see everything we wanted to due to the time we had. Thank you for making our 55th anniversary vacation so very special.

This was an amazing experience!! The guide was well informed. The animals are well cared for and the facility is in good condition. We had an incredible time. Upgrading to feed the tigers was 1000 worth it! I highly recommend this experience and will come back again.

Hearing the animals back stories were hard, but knowing they now have a safer place to be helps. It was a great experience even if it was raining a bit on us. Would definitely go again.

The sanctuary was very nice, enjoyed all of it, also enjoyed watching the animals get fed, i believe the best part was watching the animals move about, unlike the zoo where they just seem to lay around from afar. Would recommend it to my friends.

When my son said he wanted to go to the national tiger sanctuary in branson i rolled my eyes not expecting to enjoy it at all. We've been to zoos. Wait! I was totally and wonderfully surprised! I enjoyed it even more than anything else we did. The guide was engaging, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She knew the history of each animal, where they came from, their physical and emotional conditions, how they were being rehabilitated, and how they care for their individual needs. We were up close and personal with the animals while being very safe, respectful for their space, and not touching them. Since returning home i can't stop telling people about our experience there. Loved it!

The tiger sanctuary is a great place to visit and we did the riding tour on july 1, 2020. The animals are beautiful and the tour guide is very knowledgeable about the animals. Be aware to not sit on the back of the tram, especially if it’s raining. You will get wet! The driver also seems to forget the length of the tram. She stopped so that she was even with the animals so seeing them from the back of the tram was very difficult. One of the tigers got in position to spray us, so the driver hurriedly moved the tram forward...Just enough to put us directly behind the cat. Thankfully he didn't’t spray. Take the tour, support the sanctuary, admire the beautiful animals just don’t sit in the back seat!

The behind-the-scenes tour was so much fun! We fed tigers, got to see lions and wolves and all sorts of awesome animals! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything, and they very visibly cared for the animals! Would recommend going to the sanctuary and seeing every part of the tour that you can afford!

"Super wonderful time."
Super wonderful time. Guides are exceptionally well knowledgeable and i love the fact that the sanctuary “loves” their animals the way they do. This brought our family close together for a great day. Thanks!
Tip: Closed shoes are better than sandals, but not a real problem.

I was very pleased with the facility, friendliness of the staff, and how the animals were treated. I was impressed to find out they get days off from visitors. My favorite was midnight (black leopard) who reminds me of my aj (housecat) who i lost last year. Hearing the lions roar (carolling) was a huge treat. This was, by far, the highlight of my birthday trip to branson!
Tip: Upgrade to the you-feed-em tour - phenominal and worth the price

The sanctuary revealed that there truly are organizations and individuals who care about the welfare of a unique segment of our wildlife. Our group of four all enjoyed the feeding tour and felt we were leaving the animals in good care. They had plenty of natural space in which to move, we’re sheltered, and were healthy and well fed. Our tour guide gave us so much information and answered all the weird questions! The tour also made us aware that there are still animals being exploited and treated savagely and stupidly, probably in our own communities.
Tip: Take photos i did not!

Everyone at the tiger sanctuary were very knowledgeable about the sanctuary. Our guide was awesome and you could tell that he was passionate about his job with the animals. I found out things that i didn't even know about the animals like how some of them were completely declawed and the living conditions that they had been through while they were working animals... The sanctuary has living quarters that our guide referred to as their bedrooms which i thought was cute. Thanks so much for being here and rescuing these very special breeds and saving their lives . You are awesome!!

We did the behind the scenes tour on june 11, 2016. Check in was very fast and easy, lenny and zoe the lemers were entertaining, we enjoyed the waiting room informative tv, and shelby scott did a wonderful job on the tour! The animals are beautiful, the grounds well-kept, and the staff are educated and obviously care about the animals. Jacob did the behind the scenes part of the tour, he was also a wonderful guide! Our family (with kids ages 12 and 14) loved this tour!

The tiger sanctuary was amazing. We enjoyed the chance to help feed the cats and learn their stories. We are glad the owners were able to find the larger property and can do this for the displaced and unwanted big cats. The employees really care about them. We are glad there are places like this for animals that couldn't be returned to the wild.

A relatively new attraction for the branson area (about 20 minutes north) and one that critter lovers will appreciate and enjoy.
